CANCELLATIONS

The cancellation will only be initiated if we receive a request on email from you within one hour of placing the order or before your order has been dispatched.
*Note: Pre-paid orders are not eligible for a refund on cancellation. In case you wish to modify or cancel a prepaid order, a credit voucher equivalent to the amount will be issued which you can use against future orders.

RETURNS (IF APPLICABLE)

We don’t accept any returns because the product is personalized. We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged from our side, and delivered within 3 to 5 business days. You need to notify us by email within 24 hours. So that we can process your application for returns. (To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.)

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If applicable for a refund and approved, then your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited within 15 days in a original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE/ DISCOUNTED ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, items on sale/ discount cannot be refunded or exchanged.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged from our side.   • Unboxing video of the product is needed to apply for exchange.
  • If the spelling is wrong or if the product received is different from what you ordered piece will have to be sent back.
